Using a combination of first-class marine engineers, experienced master mariners, and specialist engineers, we work with our clients to determine the cause, nature, and extent of marine accidents and casualties.

What is our role in Marine Casuality Investigation (MCI)

We provide IMPARTIAL expert advice to the various parties including:

·       The ship owner/manager/charterer

·       Hull and machinery underwriters

·       Cargo underwriters

·       The P&I Club

·       Legal representatives

What is the scope of our work

·       Establish the root cause of the casualty

·       The nature, and extent of the damage

·       Agree to the extent of repairs.

·       Estimate the potential cost of the incident, both direct and consequential.
