MWS contract for three major ADNOC offshore construction projects
MCE was appointed as Marine Warranty Surveyors for three major ADNOC offshore construction projects in the Persian Gulf; Umm Shaif oil Field extension, Dalma Gas Development project, and Lower Zakum Field extension. Scope of work includes Documents Review, Marine Spread Suitability Surveys, Attendances for Onsite activities in accordance with JRC. These project run from Jan 2023 through to November 2024.

I’m an experienced Technology & Operations professional with extensive people, time and project management delivery capabilities.
I’m well versed with global best practices and international product processing across all Financial Markets (FM) asset products. I have extensive knowledge in implementing and rolling out of FM Systems by leveraging the latest technology, operational efficiencies and optimal use of key resources with minimum impact on the cost.
I have over thirty years of banking experience within FM Technology and Operations. I’m result oriented, self-motivated, proactive and dedicated Senior Executive with excellent analytical skills, effective time management, multitasking, problem-solving and decision-making abilities. I’m a team player with strong inter-personal, communication skills and a track record of delivering within stringent timelines.

Has 15 years + of experience in Engineering of pipelines and offshore structures, construction, supervision, offshore engineering reviews, transportation and installation engineering reviews of offshore structures and FPSO and de-commissioning of offshore structures. Has been staying with MCE since 2017. Together with MCE team has executed more than 20 offshore projects during this period of time, as MWS surveyor, as engineer, marine consultant and project manager.

Has been associated with over 700 jack-up rig move operations. Joined MCE in 2023.

Business Dev. & Commercial Head
I have 18+ years of experience in the realisation of offshore projects from concept to FEED, detailed design and supervision of construction. I’m familiar with the specifics of design and offshore construction of oil & gas platforms and facilities. I graduated from Gubkin Oil & Gas University in Moscow in 2005 as a mechanical engineer.
In my previous assignments, I have been a part of engineering, PM and BD teams. I joint MCE in 2020. Together, with the MCE team, we are building a sustainable business across our regions based on our deep technical knowledge and practical experience.
