Projects Details
The KG-DWN-98/2 block is located along the East Coast of India and within 25 km – 40 km of the nearest land-fall and is adjacent to RIL’s KG-D6 field and GSPC’s Deendayal field. The water depth in this block varies between 300 meters and 3,200 meters.
The FPSO once operations will be designed to handle
- Oil: 78,195 BLPD
- Gas: 2.96 MMSCMD (105MMSCFD of associated gas) + 2.26 MMSCMD (80 MMSCFD of gas lift)
- Produced Water: 41,771 BWPD
Water Injection: 66,000 BLPD
Scope of Work :
Marine Warranty Survey for offshore T&I part of KG DWN 98/2 FPSO Project, including, review and approval of T&I engineering, analyses, calculations, manuals and procedures and attendance on marine operations:
- Integration of FPSO modules and structures.
- Pre installation of moorings and STP buoy.
- FPSO towing and hook-up, tensioning and positioning.
- Installation and pre commissioning of Flexibles / Umbilicals and cables.
- Installation and pre commissioning Offloading hose towing and hook-up.
